You are totally responsible for creating and managing your reputation. Everything you say, do, post on social media, etc., will either enhance, maintain or diminish your reputation. Your goal should be to always improve the way people view and speak about you. You should not consider maintaining your reputation because maintaining sets you on a slow decline, and in today’s world that will ensure you are invisible before long.
